At EGM Cigars, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if your luxury apparel or accessories are not quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
